I love the interior of this historic building. Comfortable seating on all three levels, including very unique beautiful booths on the main level. I had the P.B. and I burger which was excellent but the surprise tonight was the Curry Fries. These are amazing, covered in a flavorful curry. There’s nothing like this anywhere in Northwest Arkansas and I will absolutely be coming back for a double order. My wife had the Ribeye steak with asparagus and grits, which she said was the best Ribeye she’s had in the area. The asparagus was seasoned and cooked perfectly.

As someone who isn’t well versed in the ways of middle earth, I can say that this place is for everyone. While I only had the fries, I can confidently say they were in the top three of best fries I’ve ever had. On top of that, I went back for bingo and haven’t seen that many people be that fun and loud in a while. Since my last time at Disney in fact. On top of that, all of the art work on the walls are easy to get lost in. The addition of pool tables and arcade games give a little something extra for guests. Garrick, the owner, is an absolute pleasure to be around and I sincerely hope to see this business continue to thrive for the coming years. I’m very excited to revisit the shire in the near future.

Worst service, food, cleanliness and totally disorganized. Appetizers took 24 minutes. Meal took another 21 minutes. Meal was wrong, repeated order twice, she couldn’t get the order to “stick” in her digital order pad. Was shocked to see two small dogs on leashes around our feet in the back near the bar, most of wait staff and management wearing sandals, back of house was filthy. They ran out of their Shire fry sauce! Huh? TOTALLY mismanaged. We had to ask TWICE for ketchup, salt, pepper and utensils, no server intuition. In my salad found a rock hard chunk of Amethyst Crystal the size of a dime We didn’t complain until after paying and tipping, we refused a free comp meal coupon, we don’t look for freebies and will NOT be back!

Me and two friends came for lunch to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Garrick (the manager) checked in with us shortly after our drinks were ordered, he chatted and joked with us. Garrick and the staff have such energetic, fun personalities. Definitely a place to come to for lunch, dinner, or drinks and appetizers. We will be returning!

VERY nice place all around! The food is delicious with original dishes and flavors. The staff is top notch friendly and professional. The decor is absolutely great looking. We were there in Karaoke night, which was a lot of fun. They have numerous events throughout the week, so there is always something fun going on at The Shire. Will DEFINITELY come back. You should definitely check this place out.

We REALLY enjoyed our first visit to The Shire. The service was seriously some of the best we have ever had anywhere. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the steak, and it was incredibly tender. The Brussels sprouts appetizer was beyond delicious. We will definitely be back, and if you are in downtown Rogers, you should absolutely hit this place.
