Ordered a bowl and chicken plate to go. The servings on the chicken shawarma plate looked much smaller than I remember, and it had no salad. When we got home, my husband said the chicken was so dry and hard, so he drove all the way back. The guy behind the counter took off the old chicken and slid on some new chicken kabob, right over the cold rice and handed it back to my husband, without the tzatziki sauce. My husband didn’t notice he took out the sauce until he got home. We will never eat here again. Next time we will go to Sultans, where the food servings are huge for the same price, tastes better, and they get the order right.

Used to be a good restaurant. Now they don’t stand for their food. They serve low quality food, instead of beef, they serve fat! And once you pay for it, they don’t refund the money, even if you show and bring them the garbage that they gave you. They try to intimidate you saying that they will call the police. Owner never give the face. I don’t recommend this or any of the other branches of the chain because it has happen the same in at least 2 of them. I cannot post the picture of the food because they took it with the receipt and never give it back.

I walked in and the lady said they are closed. When I said that it says you close at 8, she said oh we decided to close early tonight. I found that very inconvenient and they could at least close their door…

The food is generally great here. However, today when I came in (I’m a regular customer), “Brian” overcharged me for two ranches that are never normally charged and are a part of my meal. So instead of the normal $10.77 (Kid’s Chicken Kobob Plate with Rice and a drink), my meal was $12.39. I brought this to his attention, and yet he did nothing and said nothing back to me. Being consistent with your customers is very important to a business. Not doing so, and not even addressing an issue is disrespectful and bad for a company’s brand.

Bad customer service the cashier was on her phone and rolled her eyes when a customer ordered specific food preparation didn’t seem like she was at all interested in her job. She was discussing with the cooks and complaining about an online order while I stood their waiting for my food.
