We went for the first time based on posts to the Kalamazoo Menu Facebook page. It was so good! Our mixed drinks we awesome and the food was phenomenal! It was my birthday and was given some dessert nachos, the best! I could have just eaten those and would have been content. We ate them so fast I forgot to take a picture We’ll definitely be back. It’s such a unique place and sat right next to a river. I’m excited to be sitting outside there this summer with some good food and drinks!

This was my 1st experience at Viva. They took excellent precautions regarding covied. A mask was required to walk through the restaurant and reservations are required. The food was outstanding! And our service was over the top! Tracie was our server and she was so pleasant. I highly recommend giving Viva a try to satisfy a craving for Mexican food.

This place is by far amazing! They have a green chili chicken bean dip that me being a person that doesn’t like beans was floored it amazing it tasted it and it didn’t taste like it had beans in at all.They give you big portions so I thought. The staff there is absolutely amazing. Everything was absolutely amazing. The refried beans are made fresh every day. They also have amazing art work too

Staff is super nice. Nice location on the river with excellent outdoor seating. Very nice menu. Excellent house salsa. Wicked good cocktails. Food is Mexican/American – has authentic elements but will still appeal to people who don’t know true Mexican cuisine. I’d say it is worth the drive, especially if the weather allows for use of the deck.
