It is an extremely pleasant pizzeria where the service is great, the staff are super polite, it has a wide variety on the menu, the pizzas are delicious, it is very well located in Arlington, extremely clean and cozy environment, affordable prices, the only problem that does not have parking, I’m not sure if it has access for wheelchair users, I’m not sure if it’s pet friendly, I don’t think it’s an ideal place for children’s parties, I don’t know if it has a children’s menu because I didn’t pay attention to it, I’m talking about it because I’m a level 8 local guide and I’m always asked these questions. but as the food is delicious i highly recommend 10/10.

I really love the food here, but for at least the 5th time in so many months- we have given up buying from here because the website brings up error messages when we try to order. Ever since the new ordering site launched, it has never worked. I have never been able to log into my account and order without getting annoying error messages – so we stay logged out and my boyfriend orders as a guest – but now that doesn’t work and we get “something went wrong” every attempt and give up after 10 minutes. The website is unbelievably temperamental and I really wish they’d fix it cuz it’s losing us as customers 🙁

This is the small Mashed Potato, Bacon & Scallion ($13.50). I knew there would be leftovers, so I ordered it in a to-go box. I must admit that the Lynnfield location was MUCH more generous with the bacon. They were also better at evenly distribute the toppings. This is a very tasty pizza. It’s a funny shaped room, and it didn’t work for Comella’s.

The website still says “dine in,” but when we got there, the person who was at the counter seemed impatient with us actually taking a few minutes looking at a menu to decide what we wanted. The salads are pre-packaged in plastic, drinks are in plastic, and we were told that we’d be eating out of pizza boxes as there was no actual dine-in service. I get it, service industry is tough right now, but we wanted a nice lunch out with my family and got a “eat take out at the table” experience instead. The pizza tasted good and did come out hot, but wasn’t what I remembered from the past quality-wise.

Have they started putting black pepper on the pizza if they seem your custom order too boring? The last two times I’ve ordered, there has been black pepper (and not just a little) all over the cheese+mango+no sauce pizza for my child. She’s always so excited to see the pizza, and then disappointed when it is all peppery and gross.
