Pretty standard taco bell in general. This location is usually not busy, so any wait just depends on the staff. We’ve usually never had problems in general with this location, but this last time they royally messed up the order, enough where we had to call corporate to complain.

As far as fast food, it’s a favorite place, and we like the food. I don’t decide super quickly, partly b/c of unfamiliarity as i don’t eat out a lot, and partly personality… So I’d give higher marks for a more patient order/window attendant. Yeah, i realize “fast food” & lucky to have anybody working, “post-covid”. But there are frequent edgy order takers at fast food places in general. So management could probably depressurize these workers a little.

I went through the drive through and ordered my burrito. Everything on the screen was correct. When I left and bit into it, it had sour cream (which it wasn’t supposed to) and it was cold and the burrito shell was hard and old, so the cheese inside wasn’t even melting. I turned around and went back. While explaining what was going on, I was trying to explain and the guy started mocking me saying, “like yeah, like totally got it, like pull around, like oh no.” All because I said like 2X when I came back. Poor customer service and food.

So i love taco bell but you literally have ONE entrance into this place and you have you go up OVER the hill and median and do a U TURN in order to get in here. I had to park at love’s and walk over to get in. I couldn’t even use the drive thru. You could have created and extra entrance from loves. Really bad design and deters your customers.
