I always buy there because it is delicious but today I had the worst experience, after arriving from vacation we decided to order here for delivery and guess what? the delivery man arrived with an attitude he could barely look me in the face, previously he himself tried to overcharge me at the time of cash payment, so this time I decided to ask him for the receipt to be sure. but he with attitude he told me that he would not give me the receipt. I paid him the $31 for the order + a $5 tip and told him that we all have bad days but the next time he should be nice. He just turned his back on me and kept walking to his car. so I decided to tell him to give the money back and that I would give him the food. because I felt that he was disrespecting me with that attitude. (even he still couldn’t look me in the face) sadly today will be my last order because although the food is delicious, the attention and service must be impeccable. especially if you work at a place where you are tipped.

Ordered lunch today…general taos chicken…lunch combo…came to almost 12 bucks…it was my first and last time…I know it’s expensive to change the oil out for frying…but always a sign of bad Chinese…they don’t change the oil…makes the food nasty…if I wasn’t at work I would have gone back…its a sayurday…should be fresh for the weekend…absolutely ruins the food…there are many places on Dixwell…do yourself a favor and skip this place…

terrible service and food spent over $35 they served cold old tasting food and when i called to ask for manager they completely gave me the run around. I tossed everything in the trash finally the” manager” called back hours later to say no the food is cooked fresh and to bring it back what a waste.
