I order from this location quite frequently. Sometimes, it’s pretty good. Good food, fast delivery, no issues. But I feel that more times it’s just NOT. My order will be messed some way (forgot to add or remove something or not cut in half, and I ALWAYS ask for that). I can get over that. What I can’t get my head around is the delivery. “Freaky Fast” HAHA! One time, it took an hour and a half from when the notification said it was out for delivery. Soggy sammie and a large root beer with about 3/4ths of ice melted. And I don’t normally order at peak times. Recently, I can’t even get delivery. The app tells me that it’s not available. The only thing I can think of is they can’t hold onto drivers, which sucks, but they need to maybe pay better or find better help. I’m a stay at home dad, and this order once a week is literally my peace. DO BETTER, please.

Placed and order online and selected pick up in store. We’ll, the lobby is closed to the public, so I still would have had to wait in the drive through line. Ended up not picking my food up as I didn’t have the time to wait. Seems like jimmy johns needs to fix this because now I’m hungry and upset, so much for freaky fast or planning ahead.

I mean the food is usually pretty good but I swear EVERY TIME I come to the SE 14th location something ALWAYS goes wrong. They are only taking cash, they just decided to close at 6 PM, they forget to listen to the order and make the proper sandwich. ALWAYS SOMETHING. 90% of the time the employees are very rude or in a hurry and can’t slow down to have proper customer service. Some training is needed at this location.

I wanted to complement the extraordinary customer service that I received from employee at this location named Eddie Ortiz. When I arrived to pick up my order he made sure that I was happy and satisfied with the sandwiches before wrapping them. Making sure that the right amount of ingredients on each sandwich (ordered two), was correct. He was very friendly, and courteous from when I entered until I left. I wish other Jimmy John’s locations had employees like this, I have had bad experiences in the past, but Eddie gave me faith in Jimmy Johns once again. Keep up the great work Eddie!!

I have never ordered Jimmy John’s delivery before but after waiting almost an hour I decided to call the store to ask for a time frame and was told “we don’t have a delivery driver so you will be refunded” how is that not something you call the customer about!?!? Still have yet to receive my refund.
