Ten bucks for a bfast sandwich and a large iced black coffee… The sandwich wasn’t bad but comparable to something from any other fast food place ever. Employees acted like they’d rather be pushing daisies than be at work. Won’t be back. Next time I want coffee I’ll just go to the circle k. They’re friendly and their Columbian blend is so much better.

There’s a guy that works here who is condescending, rude, and disrespectful. I will never stop at this location again. He was bothered and had a smart attitude when he answered the few questions I had about products in drive thru. It wasn’t even a busy time which is what made his attitude unbearable. I told him thanks anyway and left. What awful customer service skills.

If you enjoy stale, rock hard, donuts and coffee that looks like it had been drank from and not even hot, waste your money here. This picture is how they gave me my mocha. I don’t trust them to go make them fix it. Also, we ordered from the app one time and they didn’t have the items. They insisted they can’t refund us because it was an app purchase. Found out through the app the store does have to refund us not the app. They wouldn’t do it. The management is absolutely the worst and most employees have the rudest attitudes. And if you come in as a doordasher, be ready to be talked to like you are lower than dirt simply for picking up an order. I hope Moody gains a good coffee shop that’s open the same hours, with better employees, and coffee. Daylight Donuts put Dunkin’s out in Pell City. Maybe they need to open one here.

I have had a good experience with the staff, but each time I order they are out of one or two items I’m asking for, especially oatmilk and whipped topping. I am not sure if this is a location issue or what, but when it is midweek and you are out of popular items this is concerning.
