The other day we drove by MI RANCHO Mexican Grill around lunchtime and the parking lot was full. My husband suggested this morning we take a 25 minute drive and have lunch there. When we left the restaurant my husband was already planning our next trip back ! I like shrimp chimichanga’s and I found one on the À la carte menu -it was stuffed with a load of the big shrimp, the vegetables where cut in small pieces everything was sooo delicious. Best deal $6.99! My husband had The create your own combo pick three for $9.99 he had an Enchilada and two Tostados this came with rice and beans (we substituted the rice for extra beans ). He could not eat it all so we had a box to take one tostado home with us. The salsa was just perfect even though the chips were not paper thin (which we really like) they were fresh.

This restaurant is a great asset to Carlisle County. The food is fresh and hot and an excellent value. I can believe the amount of food you get. I typically can only eat half and take the rest home. My favorites are the Pick two, which also includes rice and beans.

Ordered beef fajitas and taco salad . They use ground beef for the fajitas and the onions in the salad waa grilled . The salad also had grilled green peppers .There wasnt any cheese on salad . We also ordered 2 sides of chesse grand total was 32 dollars. It was not worth 32 dollara.

I really loved having Dinner here, I had the Tamal dinner plate and it was FANTASTIC. I couldn’t eat it all so of course I took it home with me. MI RANCHO is a Great place to Eat.

My pork burrito was full of fat. Not just a couple of pieces I can deal with that. There was more fat than meat. The Mexican restaurant in Bardwell is so much better.
