Had a big catering order and dropped the ball big time. I placed my order 2 days prior for pick up at 7pm. I arrived at 6:56 pm, finally got to the front of the line at 7:04. I told one young lady that I was here to pick up and order and gave her my name. She went to look for it and couldn’t find the order or my name, two more staff members came to assist, and everyone looked confused. One staff member proceeded to tell me (confidently) that I was supposed to pick it up on the date that I ordered it as she looked at my order from my phone, even after I read the pick up procedure to her.

This Chipotle consistently fails to impress. Most of the staff is not interested in their jobs and do a terrible job preparing food. We have recently started to go to the other Chipotles around Smyrna but thought of trying this again today as this is closest to us and were again disappointed.

Ordered online for pickup. Went to get it, arrive 10 minutes after the pickup time, and it wasn’t ready yet. Nothing was on the pick up shelf. They had orders behind the counter and 4 people waiting to pick up. I finally got my food 20 minutes after my pick up time. Got home and my bowl was half empty, there was hardly and rice or lettuce (I ordered extra lettuce) and I was missing a salsa.

It’s 12 noon on a Saturday(as I am writing this) and I have to do my order online and sit here in the restaurant and wait. It has now been over 20 minutes since I did my order and still no food. The staff is unfriendly and unwilling to assist and they have zero sense of urgency. They have about 8 people working in the restaurant, they have more than enough staff to accommodate a few walk ins. Chipotle, you guys as a whole need to stop doing the online orders only, it’s getting ridiculous. People come to Chipotle because it’s good food and quick service. When you do online orders only it kills the quick service part of your business. No one wants to come to chipotle and do their order online and wait 20+ minutes for their food.

I really want to love this Chipotle because it’s so close to my house, but they’re always out of chips when I try to order, and they conveniently forget to mention it until I’m at the end of the line with a burrito bowl. I appreciate the later hours but don’t understand why the fryer for the chips is literally turned off two hours before they close. That’s now how any other business I know of operates.

Staff refused to make any salad dressing when a salad was ordered. I asked if I could wait on them to make it. They said they won’t make it. Point blank. Would have ordered a different item had I known. Not worth the back and forth so went home with mediocre food at best.

One of the BEST Chipotles I’ve been to in a long time! As soon as I walked in, the workers greeted me with a warm “Welcome to Chipotle”. I’ve never been to one where the greet you as you walk in like that. The young lady, Chloe who started my burrito was very nice. She had a great smile & was super friendly. Maurice, the gentleman who finished off my burrito was also very friendly! He told me he likes a lot of cheese on his burrito just like me. He was super nice & we had a cool little conversation. The manager, Saundra was also there & she was great. She prepared my side of guac & was very friendly herself. This is the best & most positive experience I’ve ever had w the Chipotle workers. As for my burrito…..SMACKED! I ate the whole thing it was so good. Great job everyone, keep up the good work bc you made my day

I believe that this particular Chipotle location is in need of assistance. Each time I enter the establishment, it appears to be unclean, which is unusual for a Chipotle. However, that’s not my primary concern. I’ve dined at this restaurant on two occasions, and both times, my experiences were negative. These incidents have led me to decide not to visit Chipotle anymore.
