Almost everytime I come there after 11oclock my order is never correct. Everytime I try calling no one answers the phone. My order has been wrong for 5 times in a row. I just now called the store 10 times in a row an it rang so long it eventually said the line was busy. I drove past an there is maybe 1 or 2 cars on the lot. This is ridiculous man an I highly recommend never going there unless you literally go for a pretzel, or a soft drink. They can’t even get I’ve cream right.

We just went to sonic in Stroud. They were very unprofessional. They missed our order of popcorn chicken and my sweet tea. I sent my tea back with the receipt. The girl came back out with the same tea no sugar. I tried to have her wait to check it. No response and she turned around and walked off. My wife hamburgers had mustard and they were ordered with mayo. All of the ladies inside where acting unprofessional to others. The grey dodge pickup was also yelled back at them to stop fooling around. It will be a while before we come back here. The lady in white coat also didn’t do her job.

Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper all over the floor, malfunctioning faucet, smelly, and worst of all, NO HAND SOAP! Completely empty soap dispenser after pumping it many times. An employee exited the bathroom immediately before I went it- so I know that there was at least 1 employee on September 28th 2022 that went back to work after not washing their hands. Hand sanitizer doesn’t cut it when you’re working with food. Who knows how long they’ve been without hand soap in the bathroom. You can see the kitchen while waiting outside the bathroom, and it looked disorganized and grungy. Never a good sign, especially when the bathroom is so close to the kitchen with no barrier. A health inspector really needs to check this place out. Unfortunately I didn’t have my phone on me the take pics of this mess. Do not eat here.
