This is in the food court of Arizona Mills mall. I can’t express how much I Love Fatburger. Top 5 in the world for me. BUT, this was the worst Fatburger I’ve ever eaten at. Not speaking of service though. The cashier was nice and positive. I was eating light today and purchased a 1/2 pound “the works”. It was dry. It was NOT fresh. It just didn’t have the Fatburger flavor and excellence I’m used to. We also ordered a kids cheeseburger. It was dry and looked chewed and it wasn’t a full patty. I’ve never ordered one so maybe they cut it from another piece of meat…not sure. The fat fries were not great. Most were soggy. The skinny fries were the only thing Fatburger great. I hate giving bad reviews especially to Fatburger. But I am so disappointed. If you need and you do need a Fatburger go to the casino and forget this place.

We tried this place for dinner, ordered wings and fries. The wings were hot and fresh. Very delicious and, of course, Fatburger fries. All were hot and tasty. The cashiers Lelani was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly workers and great service overall! The burger and fries were absolutely amazing, and seeing my partner underestimate the spicy levels for the hottest wings on the menu was pretty funny (though they did enjoy the flavor and the wings in general. Definitely planning on getting food from here again sometime! And shout-out to the worker with the green hair (didn’t get a chance to get their name), very nice and provided great customer service!

I understand the prices are higher inside the mall, but I was not satisfied with the wait after we order. We waited 30 minutes for our food which is fast food. The quality was subpar. We got 2 kids burgers which were acceptable. The skinny burger was not seasoned well and the chicken sandwich was not my favorite.
