Placed an order using the app. Waited. Waited. Employee came out with another order and asked if it was mine, said no. Finally another employee asked if I’d been helped yet. I said I’d been waiting on my order. They asked to see the receipt. I showed them the order on the app and they said, Oh.. Went to the back and on about 5 min brought my order out.

We ordered on the kiosk and it was easy to pay with our apple pay. Someone did greet us at the register to give us our drink cups but when we went back to the register to ask for jelly no one was there. I stood there for 5 mins with several employees noticing I was standing there. Finally when I hollered for help someone came up. The manager was also sitting at the table and also noticed we were standing there. I get if you are busy but at least say you will be with us shortly. Also if you’re a manger aren’t you supposed to help your fellow employees if they get busy?
