My son chose Texas Roadhouse for his birthday lunch on 06/10 at 11am. Since we arrived there at opening time it was not very busy. I told our waitress that it was my sons birthday. I had ordered the chicken critter meal with mashed potatoes and white gravy with a house salad. My salad had several pieces of wilted lettuce in it that tasted bad. I tried to pick around the bad pieces, but there ended up being so many little bad pieces I gave up. Someone came from the kitchen and brought out our meals, I showed him how my lettuce was wilted, and he just said sorry and took my plate, I wasn’t offered a replacement. My mashed potatoes and gravy were cold, and the chicken tenders were dry, which was disappointing. My son ordered the ribs and 6oz sirloin with french fries and applesauce as his sides. His food turned out to be okay. He didn’t eat much of it but didn’t complain. Since they don’t offer a lunch menu on the weekends, this lunch ended up being a $55 + meal, which would have been fine if the service and food were good. I expected it to be better or at least have the restaurant try and make it right. It was disappointing that my son wasn’t offered anything for his birthday lunch either. Great place to grab dinner or drinks. We stopped in for dinner, and the service was pretty quick. Our server was really nice and approached our table quickly. He was knowledgeable and got our drinks out to us quickly. The food was great. If you get there before 5, they have a lot of their main choices at a discount. Great if you are looking to save a few bucks. I ordered the country fried steak and it was really good. The pulled pork and chicken dishes we delicious as well. Overall, it was a great dinner, and we would definitely come again.

Went at peak rush hour on a Friday night and only had to wait for about 45min. I got ribeye with ribs corn and rice. Also the steak tips with mashed potatoes. The blooming onion was good but a little heavy on the oil from the deep fryer. Overall I was pleased, would return again.

It has happened to us three times now that if you call ahead to ask how long the wait time is, they’ll quote you much less than what they then put in their text message to you when you ask to be put on the list – and the wait time texted to you had been less than what we actually wait (quoted 15-20 min, text said 30-40, actual was 55 min). Once you get seated though, the waitresses are very friendly and energetic!! $5 margaritas during happy hour ($1 more if you add flavor) and they’re huge and delicious! The steak was great, as well as all the sides (corn, veggies, baked potato loaded, flavored rice, cactus blossom, and rolls)… Yuuum! The country fried steak is good and has a hint of sweetness to it which sets it apart from other restaurants.

Came here for dinner. Was seated promptly wasn’t very many people there. Waitress started out good then disappeared. Once we ordered wife’s salad came out brown got replacement came out same way. Then took 45 minutes to get actual food kids chicken tenders came out cold. Ordered prime rib and it looked like it was sitting under heat lamp for ever hard and rubbery. Seen waitress probably 3 times once we ordered. Manager did comp $20 off bill but this exp was one of the worst we have had at a Texas.

Ordered a med-rare filet. The gentleman delivering it said it was a sirloin. Sent it back only because it was overcooked and a lesser (cheaper) steak. It was so hard/tuff, definitely a sirloin. I received the pictured steak back. Clearly they have joke back there in kitchen. We specifically chose this location because another location a few weeks ago didn’t bring out our appetizers and both mine and my wife’s steaks were extremely overcooked.

My daughter & I ate at the bar for lunch because there was quite a long waiting period for this popular restaurant. My daughter got chicken strips & I got the country fried steak with cream gravy. The food was delicious! I also had a frozen margarita with sugar & salt on the rim & this was fabulous! Both of our servings were quite large & we were not able to finish them. So we just got boxes to take the rest home to eat for dinner. The service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We are on a road trip from Minnesota and are currently in Arizona, Suprise AZ, to be specific. You know when you need “real” food on the road, this was it. Steaks and sides were excellent. The service was good, but like many places, they were short help and had the bartender covering our table. I felt we didn’t get the attention we should have, but considering the area our server was covering, I left a generous tip for her. As typical of Texas Roadhouse, the atmosphere was a bit boisterous. Overall, it was a great meal with a nice sit-down dinner spot.

We haven’t been to this location in years. We did the online check in, ways worth it. We were seated fairly quickly. Our waitress was on point with keeping up with the kids sucking down their drinks. The food was good. I asked for a Blue steak, it came out rare, but was pretty good. The kids devoured their steaks as well. I tried a new 100 calorie drink porch rocker was absolutely delicious I ended up with 2 ! The portion sides were always enough. We each got the 11 oz sirloin with 2 sides. The bread and butter is always amazing and can never get enough !

I had just moved back to AZ and had spent the past few days unpacking boxes from my move. I got feeling hungry and decided I would really like a steak. I didn’t know anything about the area, so I just looked up places on my phone. I wanted somewhere fairly close to my home. The Texas Roadhouse came up,so I thought I would give it a try. Boy, am I glad I did. The food was fantastic and the service was very good as well. I will definitely be back.
