I called at 12p for my order, told it’d take 15 min. Get there in 15 min, whoever is running the window didn’t mind making me wait, the interaction was cold, almost like I was bothering her. She takes my money, gives me my change and closes the window. I wanted to ask how much longer it was going to be so I knocked on the window, no response, I blow my horn, no response. I do each of these maybe twice…NO RESPONSE. I actually called the restaurant to let them know I’m in the drive and I just want to know how much longer it’ll be…I see someone and I blow the horn again…she didn’t even look up, she just got my pizza and brings it to me…I open, no extra cheese like I asked and paid for….seriously….

If I could I would give zero stars. First all I ordered delivery . I ordered a medium thick crust , full order of chessybread and half order of cinnamon bread. Well when I got my order I received a medium ultra thin crust pizza, not even a half order of an cheesy bread more like a mini and I got no cinnamon bread at all , instead I got a stale order of regular plain bread sticks. NEVER AGAIN .TASTE OF PIZZA WAS AWFUL. STAY FAR AWAY. NOW I KNOW WHY THEY WAS NEVER NO MORE THAN 3 CARS IN PARKING LOT AT A TIME

They never mess up my order. If I had to have one complaint, it would be their prices. One large works, large pepperoni, and 6pc breadsticks will end up being about $50 after their $5.00 delivery fee, $4.00 taxes, and $4.00 or more tip to drive 7 min down the street. I know that’s how they make money (they delivery through doordash). However, what exactly is my delivery fee donatos charges paying for??

This is my go to location, it’s close to home, they are always spot on with accuracy, friendly, helpful staff and my food is hot and well made. The occasional missed cuts or a very minor incident such as that, but nothing that would keep me from returning again and again.

My pizza was cold. Also I ask for light onions. The pizza tasted dowie like it was not finished. My wings was cold also. When I called the place the order it sounded like a little kid taken order. The kid was nice but I had to keep saying hello. He keep talking so low I could not hear him.

The Wendy’s next door must be owned by the same person, since the service here is so slow too. Don’t come here if you think it’ll be a quick trip to pick up your dinner. We were the only people in the restaurant and it took forever for our bread and pizza.

Worst experience. I ordered a pick up order at 5:45pm. Went through the drive thru line and was told a door dasher just took it and they have to remake it and it would be 15 minutes. Went inside to wait, and got the pizza at 6:45pm. When trying to talk to employees got brushed off at first, and then kept getting told “We’re making it now” and still had to pay full price. No apologies, no answers on when it would be done.
