I didn’t think it was as bad as people say. Pizza seemed to have the correct amount of each product and was cooked appropriately. Service was bad, but not because of the employees. It was a lack of workers that made it slow. It’s located in a dated strip mall in yerrington. That sums up the atmosphere.

We placed an order at 1100 and waited for over 2 hours for a pizza, we were the second person to place an order and got skipped over 7 times. The older blonde lady was cruising and swearing at her only other helper. Not only did we get skipped over but the blonde refused to find our order or listen when we asked about our order. Multiple people walked out because no food was being put out for 2 hours. Her helper was yelling and did not care about making food the right way and messed up an order 3 times. Her attitude killed the business and lost so many orders

I am so disappointed that you shut down your whole operations because of a computer problem and they refused to take cash. This isn’t just this one time but I guess you don’t care since it’s the only pizza in town and seeing these terrible comments I should have known. I called and ordered for delivery. An hour and a half goes by so I call to check on it and their delivery driver had come in late. I wouldn’t have been upset if someone had called to let me know; I would have just gone to pick it up. But lack of communication and food sitting in a warmer for who knows how long = frustration and cold yet dry, pizza. This place is too expensive for the service offered.

So last time I ordered it took 3 hours to deliver, this time they didn’t being the ranch dressing. I’m done with them….I just tried again, 2 hours and it was cold. They have NEVER EVER EVER got my order right. And if you expect toppings? You better order double everything because you’ll end up with 3 pieces of pepperoni.
