I wish I could give this place 5 stars but unfortunately the Pho broth was lacking some serious flavor and it really didn’t taste like Pho broth at all. But before I get into that let me just say that I had a very pleasant experience. The restaurant is a nice size and it’s clean. Everyone that I encountered who worked there were very friendly and attentive. I ordered a chicken spring roll and their specialty beef combination Pho. The spring roll was delicious, and the peanut sauce it came with was AMAZING! Very yummy. The Pho was decent. However the broth didn’t look or taste like any Pho broth I ever had. It was grey and cloudy instead of being a clean clear broth that I’m use to. It was very fatty, porky flavor but super bland at the same time. On a positive note, the noodles were cooked perfect and the meat was well prepared. But the broth is like 70% of the Pho experience. It has to be good! I would definitely come back to try other things on the menu.

Modern Vietnamese restaurant with a good variety of menu options. I had the special combination beef pho. The broth was very tasty, but I feel like the amount of meat in it was less than what I’ve gotten at other Vietnamese restaurants. Service was great, but it did take the kitchen quite a while to get my meal out. Despite the small hiccups I did enjoy my meal.

I order Bun Bo Hue via Uber eats. No pork blood, pork knuckle or whatever it’s called, no rare beef. Just ham and beef shank… I’m annoyed and disappointed. I got this dish simply because it’s spicy and the meat that comes with it. I could’ve just ordered pho for all that and the broth itself is disappointing.. I’ll stick to my other 2 spots for Bun Bo Hue. I won’t give this establishment business again no matter what I’m craving

We came here on a spontaneous date night and was in for a nice surprise. This pho place is nestled in the charming town of Avondale Estates, surrounded by what seems to be a variant of European-style archetiture. It also right down the street from My Parent’s Basement, a fun Arcade bar.

Pleasantly surprised by this place! My boyfriend got the shaken beef which was pretty good and I really loved my lemongrass chicken. The chicken was cooked to perfection, extremely flavorful, and all of the dish’s elements complimented one another perfectly. Excited to try more!

Fresh spring rolls and pho were pretty good and satisfies a craving. Interior was nice and bright, plenty of seating. Service was a little slow, as to be expected for a new restaurant. Friendly staff, and generally seems to be a solid lunch spot if you’re not in a time crunch.
