I visited this place with my family. The staff was very friendly. We had a huge order. The staff got the food out to us in a reasonable time. The food was hot. The wings were good as well. Many places lack good customer service these days but this pizza place provided a quality experience.

Customer service is pretty good. But idk if my taste buds have just changed, or pizza hut has degraded in quality, or this location just isnt the greatest. But, the food was just edible, nothing more nothing less, the marinara sauce was cold, and the pizza was quite mediocre.

I typically order delivery or go through the drive thru. Tonight we planned to eat inside but when we arrived they were cleaning the dining room and put the chairs on top of the tables. This was 3 hours before closing time… We just took the pizza home because the person who took our order never asked if it was for there or to go and prepared our order to go. We didn’t feel welcome to dine in. The pizza was actually better this time than it usually is from this location. The pizza is usually burnt pretty bad but today it was good aside from being way more greasy than pizza typically is.

We got the new pizza hut melts. The dough/breading was burnt and meat was overcooked. It was very disappointing and not worth paying for. We took a few bites and had to toss it. Even got sick after eating it.

Went there to eat (11 of us). Called in advance to make sure dine in was open around 8pm. Got there and saw all the chairs upside down on the table and 2 couples were dinning. Went to tell the girl at the register we were here to dine in and she said dine is closed. Another guy came from drive thru window and told us they closed the dine in early. We went out of the restaurant to figure out where to go eat and saw a famil of 4 walk in and they were greeted and seated and all of us were watching this from outside. So i walk back in to ask why they denied us and let them dine in and the girl said “oh the dine in is open now, you guys can dine in” i said i need to speak to the store manager and they got another worker from back and he said he was manager on duty and i asked him to give me information of the store manager and he said he doesn’t have his number and his name is on the store door. It was our 1st time there and it was our last because we will Not be going there ever and i will make sure non of my family members or friends go there either. The employees make up their own rules by looking at you. They should shut the store down or change their staff because obviously the staff do not care if the store makes money or not.

Great customer service. Clean environment. They have a dine in. But I ordered a take away. Some chairs and tables were a bit dusty. Perhaps not many dine in. Overall great service. Wait time was about 15 minutes
