I visited on a Wednesday evening and placed my order online for a hamburger, hot dog, and little fries. My order was ready within a few minutes after the time indicated. They could improve the service by checking to see if someone has arrived for a completed online order. I saw a staff member place a bag for pickup behind the screen, but I did not know it was mine. After I waited for a couple of minutes, I asked about my order and when they looked at the bags they saw my name matching one of the bags. Overall the staff seemed relatively attentive to people wanting to place and pickup orders and worked rather quietly and intently from what I saw. At a glance the place looked clean and maintained.

I asked for well done fries and they DELIVERED. You probably didn’t know you could ask for the fries well done or extra crispy but you can. Typically when I order well done fries they are slightly crispy but at this location they added extra TLC. Compliments to the chef Wilmer for making them. Took the meal to the next level.

We have had five guys multiple times in the past. This time seemed to be the worse’s. We don’t like yo complain because it never does anything anyway. But this time I need to. We got 4 burger and the bread was wet with water from the lettuce. Other times it’s been great except.

Not a good experience. I’m not always such a germ freak, but the air is on fire from Canada and it’s gross. When I go to a restaurant like Five Guys I don’t want to be put off by the lack of hand washing. I observed one out of the four employees present mime their hand washing but I watched two others come from the back, one starting their shift and handling personal items and the other doing trash and then buckets of fries. No hand washing in between. Going from trash to grill with no hand washing is just a hard no from me. I really enjoy this food, but we need to have some standards.
