This is the best taco bell in the greater pittsburgh area hands down. The staff is friendly and their food is always above the rest. Always hot, good portions and fast. It’s what every taco bell should aspire to be. You won’t find another taco bell with this level of quality

This particular KFC/Taco Bell lacks in good service. I stood at the counter while 2 employees finished their private conversation for over a minute then they seemed like I was bothering them when I asked for help to order my food. I don’t go there unless someone else wants their food.

Hours say it closes at 10pm.. got there just after 9pm this evening and waited at the drive through with no response. Drove around the building and saw multiple employees still in the building. Not everyone has a 9-5 and can get regular meals.. would’ve been nice to get my dinner on the way home from work. Change your publicly written hours if there will be no service before said closing time. 0/10 since I didn’t even get a chance to get food.

This Taco Bell/KFC has the worst service of any fast food places in the area. They ALWAYS mess up the order and NEVER give enough sauce. More often than not, they forget to include more than 1 item but they certainly don’t forget to charge for it. And their order is always messy and the food looks unpresentable. The employees are extremely unfriendly and unprofessional and rude and unpleasant to deal with. They would be better off if they shut this location permanently!! I recommend NOT going here, you would be better off going to any other place on earth.

Not your standard Taco Bell. This taco bell is also a KFC. Sometimes it is easier to go in and order food than it is to go through the drive through. The drive through window is awkwardly placed and can result in your driving over a curb.
