It was my first time visiting this restaurant! I’ve been trying others and been disappointed ! However I have a friend who took me here because she raves about the food and staff.

If we do Chinese takeout, we always order from China Wok, but have not in quite some time, probably over six months and last time it was disappointing as well but we figured we would give them another chance. Well, last night we spent over $80 in food and it was all not we were used to in the past. The food was subsubstandard, the fried rice was dry, the green beans with garlic sauce are no longer fresh green beans, but canned and gross. The rice and the chicken lo mein which usually have lots of veggies in them, had barely anything. The chicken lo mein hardly had any chicken in it either. It’s just not worth spending money to eat out anymore with the rising prices and the cutbacks these businesses are doing.

Delicious food and great service which is so rare lately. My go-to Chinese place for the past 5 yrs. They now use biodegradable containers and have quality chopsticks (I know im wierd about them;) Also they have the best sweet tea around imo, even better than Sonny’s!

Most Chinese restaurants have the same menu so you really have to stand out and be different. They were closing and still made our dinner for us to take home and I appreciate that great service but also think we got the food so it didn’t get thrown out.

They are a bit crazy with the onions, food would probably taste waaaay better if they hadnt overloaded on the onions. Seems fresh and is better than the place by the Sorrento Publix. The picture has just the onions I pulled out of the top quarter inch/half inch.

So I’ve been ordering here for YEARs with my grandmother with the same order: General Tso combo and Veggie Lo Mien. The owner started recognizing me and our order and has been such a wonderful person to interact with every time I go for grandma and I’s food. Sadly, my grandmother passed away and I’ve altered my order since. Tonight there was a mixup with my order being that another person ordered the same exact thing my grandmother and I would always order! The owner was quick to correct this and she was so kind when I explained that grandma passed away, so my order might be a little different from now on. It means soooo much to me that she remember’s me and my grandmother’s order though. Even through tonight’s mix up, it brought me so much joy to be reminded of my grandmother and how much we both have enjoyed getting take-out from here!

This is hands down the best Chinese takeout in town! Everything always tastes fresh, unlike many others around that often have that reheated taste to their meats. And if you’re like me and you love spicy foods but can’t actually handle spicy foods, lol, they will gladly make the spicy dishes “less spicy” for you upon request!

We chose this place based on the reviews having had not great experiences with two other local Chinese take out places. What is happening to Chinese take-out these days??? It used to be a pretty reliable go to for an easy, tasty meal on nights one did not wish to cook. We were equally disappointed in China Wok. Over 30.00 of practically inedible food. Pork egg foo yung that had NO flavor. How is that possible? The gravy that goes with it also had no flavor and was too thin. The fried rice was just blah. The lo mein was the best thing we had and it was just okay. Egg rolls? Sorry we ordered them. This is a no go for us again. I’m not expecting gourmet, but with rising costs restaurants need to at least provide a meal with some flavor.

Always fresh food and quality ingredients! I come here at least 2 times a month and have never been disappointed. The menu is always the same, but the prices have gone up just a little bit. I still think the value is good and am not upset at rising prices, as all things have gone up this year since we have a new POTUS.

No stars. I would not order from here EVER. The chicken was bland, the fried rice was hard, lo mein had garlic in it, ewwwww, and the chicken and broccoli was red. The food was disgusting. Never again. The food wasn’t worth the price.
