Update: Since my original review I have now had 4 disappointing experiences with this location. It used to be consistent where the bottom had a nice crisp and crunch, the last 4 have all been soft and doughy which is not why I order jets. The crust flavoring has been forgotten twice and they are skimping on toppings significantly compared to other locations. I have also showed up 5-10 minutes after when they said to be there and had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. I’m not sure if management or ownership changed, but I will be going to the Baldwin or Lake Orion location going forward as I gave this location enough chances. Very disappointed

Another cool place that you guys should try out and that’s jets pizza in Oxford Michigan. They are the nicest people nicest staff the pizzas really really good and when you go in there the stuff treats you like family and helps you out no matter what, so that’s why I recommend jet’s Pizza in Oxford, Michigan.

We ordered a pizza at 5:00 pm on Saturday and we’re told 55 minutes. It is 7:00 and not a word. We have 2 young kids who are very hungry. We called and they told us it was delivered to the wrong address. They did NOT call us and let us know and when we asked if it was going to be free they only took off 25 percent. Won’t use them again. It was an automated call. They should have made it right.

I ordered a salad online and customized it. But when it was delivered it was not what I ordered it was a regular salad that was old and wilted with nothing I ordered on it. This is not the first time this has happened. When I called and asked to speak to a manager she stated “Oh I am so sorry!” With no sincerity at all. I informed her that this was the 3 Rd time my order has been wrong. She stated she would give me a credit for next time. I asked, after getting the order wrong AGAIN, did she believe that people would keep coming back??? She stated “mistakes happen” and yes agreed they do, but 3 times are not mistakes, it’s a complete lack of regard for customers. I asked for a corporate number and she stated I could look it up! Wow, customer service and apparently the ability to read are things from the past! Then she wanted the called to end so she started raising her voice, so I complied, (for those of you at the store have someone explain these big words to you)! You have lost a customer forever and I plan to share this experience with anyone I know who orders from you. But reading the reviews it appears they know!

I order here often as I live 2 min away. Within the last 3 months, I have been double charged once and contacted the store to no avail. Today, I received my 2 piece order (Meaty Pizza, Custom Boat). Both were incorrect as to how I ordered them online. I ordered Cajun crust on both my products and specified extra on the boat and there was no Cajun on either. On the pizza I also requested turbo crust, garlic, and butter on the crust and it was missing all the flavors except for the turbo crust on the pizza. I will be finding a different Jets in attempt to avoid these problems.

Ordered twice from this location within a week while visiting from out of town. Excellent service. Both were large orders that were completed correctly and very timely. Food was delicious. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great deep dish pizza.
