I ordered a cheese broccoli soup that I didn’t get, I ordered large deluxe w/extra ham … no extra ham. When I called the store the manager she said she has been washing dishes and prepping for tomorrow. She refused to spell her name for me. Worst service ever. Only gave 1 star since there was not an option for ZERO.

Ordered online and picked up for dine in. I noticed that drive thru was busy but dining room was empty. It was clean and had a pleasant temp. I have always ordered the Original sandwich but tonight I had the Medium French Dip. It was very tasty with a good amount of meat. The Sourdough bread gives the sandwich enough flavor that the beef broth flavor is almost drowned out. All in all a great sandwich.

the manager Melissa is extremely sweet! i previously had a problem with someone working the drive through but Melissa went out of her way to ensure that everything was right the next time I came back. Emilio has been working the drive through window the last few times and he is very sweet, funny and delightful!! I didn’t catch the name of the newest girl taking orders, but she made us feel very welcomed and I’m glad that there are improvements in staff— I know it’s hard to find good new workers nowadays! Our food is always delicious and this is my favorite location❤️
