I used to work for this place for almost 8 years and let’s just say it has went down hill! This last time my husband went to get me a chicken tender combo the tenders weren’t even tenders!! They gave me a chicken patties! They really need to get it together… they even gave me 1 ranch when he ordered 1 buffalo and 1 honey mustard ♀️ I was really disappointed to the point I didn’t even eat it……

First off, the cashier was rude and impatient. The fries were stale and floppy. McDonald’s has better fires than this. The fries were not fresh at all. I do not recommend eating at this location. 0 stars.

Honestly the fries are good but I always have to check who’s working that day. The place is usually dirty and fries are on the ground and counters. I was there this past Saturday and the kids working there had their masks down. One of them was sweeping and eating fries at the same time. The girl who was getting the orders ready only had one glove on and her mask was on her chin. This is not the first time I see people who work at this place do things like this so this time I took pictures. At this point I feel like reporting it to the health department.

Highly disappointed I went to go get a giga sized fry bowl and asked for all seasonings mixed except for the cinnamon and sugar and the girl refused to do it for me. This has been my order for years why she wouldn’t do it idk but very disappointed

Disgusting. The 2 girls that were at the counter had dirty shirts and te whole place looked dirty and not wiped down and the signs had stains all over them. Nasty. You could see pieces of potatoes and spices all over the counter. And they didn’t have a bag to take the food to-go. I was too scared to eat my food I threw it all away. Never coming back.

If you haven’t tried Potato Corner while at the Cottonwood Mall. STOP!!! Questioning if you should or shouldn’t. Just Do It… Pick your flavor and go to town on those fries. Mind you, if you are looking for low sodium this isn’t the place for you.
