When using the drive through we are always missing something when we get home. I call and let them know. They tell me to return to the business to get what they forgot and what I paid for. Well with 4 kids that is not easy to do, so we usually go without! Evertime we order blizzards we get a blizzard with the topping on top and by time you’re half way through all you have is plain vanilla ice cream! So frustrating as they are an expensive ice cream treat and you only get half the ingredients!

I try ( experimentally) to visit this DQ once a year or so. And I gotta tell you, it’s the worst. The food is remarkably unremarkable and room temp at best. I’ve been stopping in there for at least 8 , 9 or even 10 years now and it is exactly the same as a year or so earlier BAD!!.

Messed up my order that I repeated clearly three times. Maybe you need a new mic in the drive thru . Then I had to dig in my pocket for .56 cents for their screw up which held the lineup longer.
