I haven’t eaten McDonald’s in years but I went through because I was in town today.. the burger was pretty good but I have to say as big as it was.. they didn’t wrap it in half paper unlike most burger joints do so you could grab onto one end of it and eat it while you’re on the road driving.. you need to start wrapping half the burger in paper please and thank you but outside of that it was a decent meal for my first time there and years

I went through the drive through and asked for lettuce, pickle, mayo and cheese on my crispy chicken and I got home and had no lettuce and no pickle so I call just to find out they have no lettuce but didn’t bother to tell me that when I paid for it. You guys need better service and better workers.

Inspired by a rude manager to make healthier food choices and not give my patronage to this location. Received a frape two inches below the fill line and for the first time at any fast food place, it was handed back and asked about. It was mentioned that since no whip topping was ordered thats how they come. The own graphic of a frape was on the side of the building and was reference that the dome lid is for the topping and it still shows the drink up to the line. I also shared how I always order no topping and its always more filled. I’m not going to complain about a smidge but I stated it looked well drank out of. An associate attempts to take it back to kindly correct it and the manager stopped them and preceeded to argue. She then said she wasn’t going to deal with us and closed the window. She (J.), said I was being rude and I was confused mostly why I had to keep pointing out the drinks appearance and finally just asked for a refund if they would not remake the drink. I asked for her name to make a complaint or please recieve a refund and was sarcastically told to go ahead and call on her and to have a nice day. I only decided not to make a complaint because I would have been likely offered a complimentary drink. I wanted the drink then and would have waited or gladly taken a refund. No free drink is worth that lady to continue to to be hateful to myself and others. She will either move on one day and be recognized as someone who is unwilling to exhibit good customer service or she will continue to manage this location and further the reasoning for folks to choose to dine on processed food elsewhere.

I have this review bc today Thursday June 29 2023 I’ve had the worst encounter at this McDonald’s, first off I would like to say it took over 30 minutes to get my food. That just waiting time. So my mom went in to see what’s going on and they had gave our food to some else and made my mom and us kids wait another 10/20 mins for our food to cook and by the time we got home the food was stale the bread was hard. The employees made my mom wait and reorder just to get our food that they gave to someone else.

has potential but unfortunately there is not much pride in cleanliness here. The drink area was absolutely filthy and ketchup was splattered everywhere. floors were dirty as well as several tables and there was only one other couple in the store the same time as me. I know it’s hard to get help anymore but it’s harder to keep customers if your store is dirty. and most of the employees were just standing behind the counter talking.

I was starving and it was later in the evening, the food was edible but really old. I had to go back through the drive through because my chicken was missing the 1 of 2 ingredients it came with, pickles and the lady at the second window didn’t seem to happy about it so I didn’t trust the pickles. I gave 2 stars because I would still eat there if I was starving.
