It took me awhile to write this post because I tried to dismiss the situation but I just can’t and explained to my daughter that issues like this you will see again. My daughter came here to get a pizza which was fresh and hot as they say with limited waiting time. The two male that were in the store working were so professional and courteous. So, a lady that looks to be the manager came in the store spoke to her teammates, now mind you it’s us and two other customers waiting for our order. She then ask the Hispanic woman was she waited on, and then turned to a female that was white and ask her the same thing and asked us nothing, turned away and left going to the back. Why she didn’t ask us, I can only say is that we were black and she was white and she felt as if she didn’t have to ask us. I had paid for my food first and my child was hungry is the only reason I didn’t leave. Instead of putting on show and uploading to social media which was unnecessary I will not be returning here and I know it won’t break this Little Caesars pizza but I don’t have to spend my money here again.

Stopped by right at 9 pm. Didn’t realize they closed at that time and when I was informed, I thought that it was no big deal. However, the friendly employee at the counter insisted that I go ahead with my order. Then the manager came from the back and also insisted that I go ahead with my order. I was completely taken back by their professionalism that is rarely seen in the service industry, post Covid . Not only did I receive outstanding customer service, but they also gave me two orders of buffalo wings that they would have thrown out and the end of the shift. Also, food was as good as the service!!

This is by far the best crazy bread and pizza we have ever had at any little caesars. The owner went out of his way for my wife. His kindness and compassion was amazing. This is our go to Caesars from now on. We live 30 miles away, but visit our grandchildren often. We will be back.
