This was my first time here and I can say that they are pretty good. The roasted chicken and fries were bomb! The raspberry lemonade wasn’t good like I expected. Their wings are really small. I wanted to try the Mac and cheese but they were out.

This is the best fried chicken I have ever had outside of homemade. The coating was crispy and the chicken was still hot by the time we got back to our motel room. I loved the country gravy dipping sauce, and could have just eaten it by itself. Just wishing we had one of these back home

My family and I dined in for the first time. We’ve been to a few different Golden Chick locations and haven’t been impressed but we’re happy to say we were all satisfied with the Blackwell location. Staff was really friendly, the dining area was clean and our food was hot, crispy and fresh. None of us had any complaints and my son actually ate his food!

When we visited the gentleman working told us that he was working alone because they were short staffed. He told us his manager told him to close the location but he said he would handle it because he hated to close. He asked for our patience while he cooked the food and assisted other customers. Great customer service, great attitude and food was hot and delicious. Very impressed!

We went when they first opened and we ordered two mashed potatoes and gravy and a 4 piece chicken tender and Mac and cheese and we didn’t receive one of our mashed potatoes and the chicken was to crispy and was cold

It’s even worse than before. Every single time in the last 2 months that I’ve ordered online, they call me 15 minutes later to tell me they “can’t make this” or “we’re out of this”. They can’t seem to send anyone with a complete order either. Constantly missing items from our order. Appears to be the same 3 people working every time this happens. Food was good though. Just be sure to check your bags before you leave the drive-thru. Maybe even just avoid going there in the evenings.

Went to this place for the first time ever with high hopes since it’s on the way to one of my favorite fishing spots. Terrible drive through service with regards to accurate orders.
