ordered a pizza today and was given a burnt, chopped up pie. the pizza man burned our pizza, and when we told them about it he just cut off the crust. You can clearly see the burnt crust and bottom of the pie. If he made a new pie it would’ve been fine but they refused and unfortunately we had already paid in cash. This is not what we expect for a $14 small/medium pizza.

Pizza was delicious appetizer not so much! The fried mozzarella was more fried breading with a slice of cheese that tastes like it was refried after sitting awhile. Service was ok with everyone in the restaurant more interested in being on their phones than taking care of the customers. After waiting 10mins with no one paying attention I had to physically get up to get the waitresses attention to get our bill. I also asked for a cup of sauce for my calzone to go and was given the stingiest container of sauce that had about a 2 tablespoons in it.

I have been a Totowa resident and a regular customer for a long time. Chef is a nice person but my recent Mezzaluna order (see photo) was really way below their standards, seriously disappointing experience… Hope they see this and will address.

Excellent Food, Excellent Service, Pleasant Atmosphere! Also, they pay attention to detail in what you want, I prefer my food on the spicy side, so when I ordered a panini with some hot peppers, they inquired “how much?” Whereas many other establishments, when making the same request simply say “yep” and you end up with either none or an overload. Definitely Recommend!
