We ate for the first time at Charleys on July 31 and it was a terrific experience. We dined at the Connecticut Post Mall location in Milford, CT. Everything was excellent, from the quality and freshness of the food to the customer service and cleanliness. The manager named Bobby was friendly and assisted us with downloading the app. We both downloaded it and received a $5 discount. The food was prepared in a timely manner and served hot. Two thumbs up to the Charleys in Milford!
