I and my husband had sushi here for the first time. I must say this place did not disappoint me. They started with complimentary Miso soup and We ordered few rolls but volcano roll was my favorite which had tittle spicy kick in it. Staff was very welcoming and provided really good service. Only thing I felt was this place is little pricy compared to other sushi places in town, though I am saying its little pricy their portion size is bigger than the other places I have been to.

best sushi in town. my boyfriend and i have made this our go-to date spot because of how awesome it is. it’s super cute inside and the prices are great! only downside is they used to give you free soup and salad, but now they don’t. please bring it back!! it was one of our favorite things.

I’ve been ordering the spicy California roll here for years. Today, I picked up my order and noticed it was mainly just avocado in my roll with some spicy mayo. I was eating in my car right outside of the restaurant, so I went back inside and showed the employee, and she said that’s how the roll is prepared. I responded with I won’t be ordering this roll again, If I wanted an avocado roll , I would’ve ordered that. Employee didn’t seem to care at all.

Take Sushi is my absolute favorite place for sushi – both in Michigan and beyond. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and they happily answer any questions you have. The atmosphere feels clean but casual, and gives a comfortable feeling. The food is amazing – I’ve never had a sushi roll I didn’t like. We often dine in and place an order for takeout as we eat. You’re paying for the high quality ingredients and some of the best staff in town. Absolutely recommend for a lunch or takeout!

It is truly one of the best places in the area. Their rolls are big and delicious! The tempura udon is so good and flavorful. I’ve gone a couple of times for my birthday, too, once I’ve even gotten the boat serving tray.

Lovely fresh cuts of sashimi! They have a wide selection of seafood here. Wish you could get a larger portion of certain items such as: an octopus tentacle (rather than a thin cut piece) other than that, this is the best place around. Been consistently eating here for the past year and it’s still my favorite! I get take out and the workers have never gotten it wrong!
