The building itself is small on the outside but opens up splendidly on the inside. The workers are quick and efficient in the back, but it does take a little while to be noticed when you stand behind the register. Not too long mind you, but there’s a bit of standing around and waiting involved. The service itself is great. The workers know the menu and they’re fast with the machine and pay. Also, they serve orders fairly quickly and when they announce a name, you hear it. Also, I think some of them manage to remember faces, which is impressive. The music they play inside is great, whomever the DJ is, they’ve got skills. The menu is small enough to glance at but large enough for a healthy variety of choices. The food is delicious, the cook must be a steal from some culinary institute or restaurant with enough stars to be impressive. The problem, the decor looks like its been through a storm. The place isn’t dirty, it’s just… used. The couches are ragged and torn, the seats are still piled up on one another, the tables are scuffed and bruised, and the rug at the entrance looks like it’s been used by a fairly large dog as a plaything. The place really needs a remodel, a face-lift, a redesign, whatever the word professionals use about changing the inside of a restaurant’s decor.

I ordered at 8:06pm an hour before this place close, I ordered 2 drinks with boba. Picked it up, had no issues. When I get home, I realized that only one of my drinks had boba. I really like boba, it’s the whole reason why I go to boba places. Upon realizing one of my drinks didn’t have boba I tried to call them to see how they can make things right. This call was at 8:35pm, 25 minutes before they close. I called 3 times to no avail. They must’ve been busy, I thought. So now I drive back, upon arriving the place was empty no customers in sight. When I get there, they inform me they had no more boba left. They let me know that there was only enough boba for 1 drink so the other drink couldn’t get it. When I asked for a refund on my boba, they said ”we can’t do that”. So instead, they made me a new drink with a substitute for boba. This is the reason why now I will now travel 10 minutes instead of 5 minutes to a different boba place. They seemed annoyed rather than apologetic. This place will no longer get my money and I’ve been going here for half a year about 2 times a week (I really like boba). Btw when I picked up my order, they didn’t inform me that 1 of the drinks didn’t have boba even though I paid for it. Never again will I waste my time on this business, not on my watch.

Maybe it’s just me but if I can’t even get a hello from the person taking my order I have zero desire to spend my hard earned money there. Today went in and not one person acknowledged my presence and then the person who came up to the register to take my order couldn’t even be bothered to say hello. So I said “how are you” to zero response. I walked out. I can’t stand rude customer service and will not return.

Ordered a large Lychee Rose Royal Tea and asked for light ice and half sweet. I did get the light ice but it was still horribly sweet, the tea was OK. I just don’t think it was worth the $6 I paid. The place also looks really run down.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. We placed a food order at 7:00pm that included siu-mai which required 20 minutes to steam. When the order was ready (around 7:30pm) they gave my order to someone else and tried to hand me the wrong order. The person who got my order gave the food back and the staff asked me if I just wanted to take that order! ummmmm Food prep violation!!!! where is OSHA!! Second, when I asked for an accomodation for the inconvenience, they were not able to give an extra order of whatever I asked for, nor were they able to give me the name of a manager, it was like none of the staff members knew who the manager was. Needless to say, I am overly disappointed and waited an hour for nothing. When I received my ‘correct’ order, it was still wrong! And since I didn’t to check until I got home, I didn’t know. Shame on this staff here!

The first time we went, we didn’t enjoy it, but this January we started going a lot ever since. We usually get the Amber Pearl Latte, Peach Royal Tea, and the Pearl Milk Tea. We really enjoy going to this place. We literally go here everyday! They always order perfectly with our drinks. The only thing is that it’s pretty pricey, but we still love it!

Ordered two egg puffs at 7:41pm. At 8:04pm they said they’re still making one more. It is now 8:20pm and I’m still waiting waiting for that last egg puff. Not sure what the girls are doing in the back but sounds like they’re laughing and having a good time while there is a bunch of people waiting for their food/drinks. The other reviews were also right in that the inside is dirty.

The boba is fine. The store, however, is very dirty. The floors look like they haven’t been mopped in months. The white walls are dirty. There’s brown stuff around the AC vents. This place definitely needs a deep cleaning. Hopefully they improve.

The shop is pretty spacious compared to other boba/tea places I’ve been to; there are about 8 tables with chairs & comfy booth seats. There is one bathroom, for customers only. The parking is a little cramped in this little plaza, but if you park a little further, it’s not bad. I like that this location is next to Fire Wings and across the street from Walmart. I love the honey peach smoothie with lychee coconut (add-ons are +$0.50, except the popping boba, soy milk, almond milk, and agar pearls are +$0.75). They have a wide variety of teas and smoothies, and decent add-ons. They offer snacks, like fries, popcorn chicken, egg puff, takoyaki, and calamari. They started offering a couple ramen choices also (black garlic and tonkatsu). When I go at lunch time, this place is not very busy, which is another plus.
