On 5/19/22 sat in Lobby and made an online order. Visually watched them make 5 orders before even thinking about the online order. When time expired for order to be made I stood up and asked for my order. Was informed they had not even started on it. Left 15 minutes later. The need to process the orders in the order they are recieved. Can I give a negative star. Thier lack of concern caused me to be late for an event. When I made the order with plenty of time to spare.
