We love Zou’s, we’ve been eating here since they opened and we love it. The Mandarin chicken is delicious and they have the absolute best Singapore Rice Noodle. The combination dinner is the perfect portion size with rice, egg roll and a cheese Rangoon! I didn’t rate the Atmosphere because we always get it to go but they do have a small dine in area.

I’m a bit disappointed today, being routine customers, I invited my parents up for a visit. My order was wrong and while they did say they could re make the meal, everyone else was already ready to eat, and I don’t like wasting food. Then I ordered a meal for my spouse who couldn’t attend to find out it was wrong, and didn’t include the egg rolls. So we paid for things we didn’t receive and orders were incorrect. The place was clean and the waiter was young, but friendly. It just is disappointing that the place I pumped up to my parents didn’t turn out the way I described. Will continue to visit and see how it goes- to later update my review.

Deconstructed Beef Fried Rice with Vegetables. The beef seems to have been cooked separately from rice. The egg was cooked and folded into the rice. The vegetables were steamed and served on the side. The dish lacked the wonderful wok flavor. Just bland and served barely warm. Not a fried rice dish one typically expects from a Chinese restaurant.

I got several dishes here. The Hot and Sour soup was good, and the Sweet and Sour Shrimp was very good. I also got a “spicy” chicken dish and a lo mein dish that were very bland. The fried rice is also very bland, has no vegetables or anything in it to give it any flavors. However, the food was hot when I picked it up, the order was ready on time, and the prices were reasonable. So, an average takeout experience overall.

Amazing food!!!! So delicious!!! The best Chinese food I have had in years. The hot and sour soup is delicious. All of our entrees were piping hot, cooked to perfection, and absolutely perfect. The staff is excellent and very friendly and the restaurant is immaculately clean. Highly recommend to everyone! You need to eat here today!

I live about 3 hours from here and was visiting for a high school baseball tournament. I decided to trust the local reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Probably best for takeout as there isn’t much room in the dining area and it has no atmosphere. Instead we ordered online and the food was ready within 30 minutes and hot. Generous portions. I really like their interpretation of hot and sour soup with lots of extra vegetables. Only thing I would change is to have some truly spicy sauce options. The one I had was too mild for my taste.

I will never order from this place due to the lack of customer service skills these people have. I have ordered here multiple times with white rice missing from my order. When I call up to inform them that my rice is missing, I am always told to bring my food back up to store and “we give you white rice”. Well there is a problem with that when I live 30 minutes away, my entire order is going to be cold at that point. They refuse to replace the entire order and do it correctly so all the food will be hot. It seems like this place is ok with screw ups and not doing the right thing.
