Love it. Always perfect or near perfect. Best chicken tenders ever. I did have an issue where they clearly weren’t measuring the pork on the sandwich because I get it all the time and this contained about half the meat it usually does, but that was a one time thing so rather than argue over 2 ounces of pork I just let it go. Their fries are so thin (which I love) but they’re prone to cool off quickly AND can easily be undercooked. They need to keep an eye on that, is my only other suggestion.

Went thru drive thru, ordered shrimp, pot salad, slaw. Got shrimp and fries, of course I didn’t know until I got home. Called the restaurant and they were nice and offered a free replacement next time I came in. But serving sizes are much smaller.

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a Smithfield’s. Placed a lunch order to go for my family. Received half the order(not packed to go) and had to explain to them that it was to go and food was missing. After the 3rd attempt they finally got the order right. Went to remove two sweet teas from my truck console and one had completely flooded the cup holder and the other one the entire bottom of cup busted open all over my console and down the rear AC vents. Not to mention by the time I got home 2 miles down the road, all the food had gotten cold. Do better folks!

All food was very good – BBQ sandwiches, Brunswick stew and hush puppies. Had to wait a little while for food, but they did appear to be understaffed back there. No worries though; we had a very good meal.

So far the people in the drive thru do not listen to what you say and they are not getting orders correct. Hope this gets better and even when we upgrade the drink they still try to give us mediums because they didn’t have lids for LG.

This place is amazing food is good and the inside is huge and plenty of room to in. However it’s like 50 degrees inside the restaurant. I understand kitchen area might get too warm and they have to turn down AC but sheesh, not a soul inside the restaurant. I was the only one there and now I know why
