Ozzy “Oz Man” Hassan
They’re downhill. Their box pizza with chicken wings and breadsticks doesn’t look like advertises. Instead of wings it’s actually just breaded horrible nuggets and the pizzas itself is just some pre-packaged bread where they add light sauce and toppings. Doesn’t even look like nor taste like actual real pizza. I got a refund from them. Maybe their pan pizza is worth it

Not good:( quality was really bad and then bathrooms employee access only- mens was unlocked, so that’s what I had to use. No soap or toilet paper. Really grossed out after seeing 2 employees use that exact bathroom and there is no soap in there.

The photos speak for themselves. I wasn’t even going to order here again, but June 22 2020 the manager supposedly gave me a$20 credit because they messed up the whole order! I called today (after telling my kids we were ordering pizza) and the credit wasn’t there. Soooo I used my saved hut points for the thumb sized chicken chunks in the pic and spent $36 for the pizza in the pics. REALLY PIZZA HUT?!?! On top of all of that they charge our credit card a second time, $15, that we had to call and have the credit card company remove!

Regarding the Pizza Hut on Hennepin: I am a Door Dasher, so I am in and out of restaurants all the time. NEVER have I been treated so rudely and disrespectfully by a staff member. Had I not been working, I would have stayed and asked to speak to a manager, but based on other reviews, I doubt that would have done any good anyway. Your dignity and humanity is worth far more than an order from here.

This is the best Pizza Hut in the area. Although we live closer to a different one, we will drive here due to the level of service and attention to detail for this location! Not only is the food always excellent, but the staff is wonderful, kind and efficient. Will continue to drive here for our Pizza Hut!

Even though it is my favorite pizza, I have to unfortunately give the Pizza Huts in this area one star for delivery because I live in Golden Valley just literally three miles out of downtown Minneapolis and I cannot get any of the surrounding five Pizza Huts to deliver to my house. I have disabilities and have 282 points sitting in my rewards account but I cannot use them unless I get out to an actual restaurant. That’s not as often as I’d like.

The manager at the Pizza Hut on Hennepin Avenue in Minneapolis is a real dirt bag. Very unapproachable lady. So are the rest of the staff. As far as my experience goes. And based on their attitude, I can probably guess their hand washing is not up to par and so the dishes and other equipment are not clean properly. So if you want to get sick, go ahead and order from them.

If i could do Zero stars i would. Scheduled getting a pizza at 11:30am. 1 hour later i call to check on the status of the pizza. Come to find out the place is closed but still taking money for orders that won’t come. Charged 32$. Man this place really needs some TLC
