I enjoyed the food but I don’t think it was worth 14 dollars. I got some spicy yaki noodles and it was alright. I don’t think it was a lot of food for the buck. The service was okay the lady came around 4 times in total. I was with a friend who also wasn’t a fan of the food. As for the times they came to our table: One to take our drinks, then to take our orders then to give us our food, and lastly to give us our check.

This is the best sushi spot for lunch. They have great lunch specials and usually aren’t super busy. Definitely my favorite spicy salmon roll in town. Service can be slow if they get busy, but is usually great!!

Despite it’s modest exterior, Sushi Bar boasts the best sushi in Bloomington. Very fresh and quality fish, perfectly seasoned rice, and a decent albeit limited selection of Japanese beer and sake.

It took us 1 hour 15 minutes to get the two hand rolls and four additional rolls as seen below, and the dining room was at about 60% capacity! At 60%, it was very loud at times with people only speaking in normal voice tone.

Came in, Steven took my order. Had a good attitude. Food came fast and you could tell it was made fresh. Pricing was very fair and the atmosphere looked like a lot of work was put into it. One of my favorite restaurants in bloomington!

Went with a large group for a late lunch. They put us in a private room and almost forgot about us. We had a couple of latecomers and they waited forever to even place their orders. Orders came out 1 at a time with large breaks between. The latecomers had to ask for their food and only received parts of it. The server seemed frustrated that we wanted to receive everything we ordered. We had to find the server for drink refills, he didn’t routinely check on us.
