The food is really good. Pho has fantastic flavor and lots of meat. The staff was very nice and attentive. I think this may be the strongest broth flavor I’ve gotten in York. Their lemonade is also really good. Just the right sweetness for me. A decent amount of seating is available as well.

This was the second time I’ve tried this place, and the second time I’ve been disappointed by the food. I love viet food, and was craving some, but didn’t want to drive to Harrisburg for my regular place. I should’ve made the trip. This time, I ordered the Hu Tieu Xao Bo, Stir Fry Rice Noodles with beef and vegetables and it was horrible. An excessive amount of flavorless sauce was dumped over the flavorless noodles. The beef was almost tasteless, as were the overcooked vegetables. This was pretty typical of the food I had on my last visit—almost tasteless. I’ll not come back again.

This is our favorite Pho restaurant between my boyfriend and I and we have tried many! We used to come here once a week, but sadly our work schedules changed vastly. We would probably eat here every day if we could. The staff is very nice and friendly. The food is very filling and delicious. It’s pho-nomenal!

Pho Ngoc is U Do It approved! One word: ThePlaceIsAmazing! So good. The staff was very nice. Very clean place and tables were clean. Most importantly the spring rolls with peanut sauce made the trip out here so worth it. Our meals were great as well. I got grilled pork over vermicelli.

Friendly staff. It was empty when I got there around 5ish. it was filling up by the time I left. The food arrived hot and looked and smelled delicious. The portions were pretty generous. The steak pho was in a very large bowl. The broth was tasty and full of noodles and big slices of steak. It came with all the good stuff on the side; lime, bean sprouts, pepper slices, etc. I also had a pork chop and rice. It came with some add ons too… I think one was the cold sliced skin I’ve had before. I forget what it’s called but it’s always a strange texture, for sure. I topped off with a strong coffee with condensed milk. The portions of both dishes were big enough I could make another 2 meals out of them. I’m sharing the leftovers at home.

Wow! I’ve been here multiple times and wanted to actually write a review this time. The food here is amazing. I’ve had pho and other Vietnamese dishes in multiple different states and this rates very high on my list. To start the service here is very friendly and relaxed with no feeling of being rushed. The food is delicious no matter what you order and worth every penny.
