First things first , I wasn’t going to eat here due to the fact when I waked in the warmer behind the counter was so filthy it was ridiculous, these employees instead of cleaning were on their phones in stead of getm those germs. The big knives n other cutlery behind the counter looked kike it hasn’t been cleaned since the store opened. Whoever owns this establishment needs to get on the ball n hire some people who actually take pride in their work.

Total trash! The place is so understaffed that I had to wait for 10 min inside the store until started saying “HELLO, HELLO?!” Until somebody showed up. You are quick to charge people’s CC but when to do your part of the deal (make food in timely manner) you are nowhere to be found. Excuses like “we are under stuff” is NOT welcomed anymore. Don’t have people?! Close the store or the owner should stay behind the counter and serve people, not just eat lobsters in Aruba. Sick and tired of lazy, unprofessional businesses. Don’t know how to run a business, get out of our neighborhood. We deserve better!!! Trash, trash, trash!

Their point-of-sale system was down and they insisted on online orders, which cost two to three dollars more per item to do so, and they refused to fix the pricing to reflect their in-store menu pricing. Poor service and customer appreciation. After spending ten minutes trying to figure this out, we decided not to spend our money here and won’t ever again. There are better barbecue options in town.

This was a very sad day for the management at this restaurant. The poor individual had been there since 6:30 in the morning working by themselves and ran out of supplies a ribs. One of the number one days to sell ribs is on 4th of July and she was by herself and was behind 8910 orders. I canceled my order and move down with my day.

First time I went it was great but last 2 times food was cold. As a restaurant owner there’s no way they’re hot holding method is atleast 135 degrees on their chicken. Went last week chicken wings were dry. Atomic sandwich was good.
