Customer service was fine. Food was forgettable, bland and dull. The garlic Knots had enough oil to cause environmental crisis. Overall, I would say skip this location. There is plenty of good food in the area that’s worth it. I had definitely hoped for more

What an awful experience. Came in at 9:40. Seated us and we ordered three pizzas. Served us beer and wine. Then when the pizzas came, they told us we couldn’t eat them there. We tried to eat quickly and they came back to the table and said we needed to move outside. Don’t seat customers and take orders (especially for beer and wine) if you aren’t going to let the eat it. Would have been better for them to turn us away. I’ve never been to a restaurant that didn’t allow customers to eat their food even if it went slightly past closing time. This is despite leaving a tip AND putting an extra $20 on top of that in the tip jar.

I moved to the area about 6 months ago and have been to Joe’s over 100 times! I finally decided to write a review (better late than never.) First off, the pizza is great! The menu variety is awesome, the prices are reasonable. – But that’s not the REAL compelling reason for writing this. THIS is all about the service team of PAM and RYAN! Two absolute gems who are a generation apart from each other, but both have amazing customer service in common. I think Pam has worked there for about the same amount of time as Ryan has been alive. (Thinking around 20 years). Both are friendly, attentive, make sure your order is right. Both remember what I like and don’t like. It’s really hard to find many businesses anymore where the employees ACTUALLY care about the customers and their experience. – Especially when one of them has been there 20 years and still cares, and the other is ONLY 20 and actually cares about something other than gaming and playing on a phone! . The owners of Joe’s MUST be doing something right to have employees with such enthusiasm and dedication. I mention those two employees by name, but really the whole place is staffed with great people. Papa Joe’s is a nice reminder that good people make all the difference in the world for a business!

Sauce on pizza was watery and bland, dough was 2 out of 10. The gentleman preparing the pizza did not wash hands, wear gloves, kept touching his face and was eating while preparing food. Also, people came from outside to talk to him leaning on the counter over the food. Not sanitary! I’m a rebel so I ate the pizza and left a tip. Now I have a stomach ache. Never again will I eat here. I do not recommend.

Stopped in to grab a slice while waiting for our movie next door. Staff was great and very responsive as well as promt. Beer was very good and was priced better then the other surrounding places. The pizza was great and has the NYC taste to it. Didn’t try much else but very anxious to try again. Maybe next time I’ll try the dinners out. Over all A++

I dine at Papa Joes at this location every Thursday and Pam is an awesome server! She remembers my choice of drink and has it ready shortly after I arrive. Many Friday nights my husband and I dine there and many times they are VERY busy but Pam is very attentive.! I also want to give a “shout out “ to Vinny who has been there for many years. Great people like Pam and Vinny and the great food keeps us coming back!! I highly recommend!!!!

Lori was Awesome! She helped me when I need food and milk right away. The lasagna was bland. Good but bland. The sauce tasted like a canned tomato sauce. Everything else was good!
