We had not been to Longhorn in a number of years. Much has improved. My wife and I opted out of a very overcrowded Golden Corral down the road. Our food was very tasty, correct temperature, and presentable. Service was a little on the slower side (they {staff} were operating a full dinning room capacity, so I could overlook the speed). However our waitress Ronnie S could use a bit more training in scanning the needs of a table she is serving. My empty diet coke sat on the end of the table waiting to be refilled for a good 15 minutes, after several passes by and totally overlooked this and other needs that should not have to be verbally conveyed. At the very end of our dinner the dinning area became unsettling noisy. Still a decent time out.

Charisma was our waitress and she was top notch. Super attentive. Everything was perfect. Love the flavor of the steak/sirloin. She even brought hubby a treat after learning it was his birthday. Excellent meal!

Took my son here for graduation. I ordered us both the longhorn. I had loaded mash, and a salad…he had a reg mash and broccoli. Both meals were cooked just like how we asked them to be made. I always order my steaks rare. He ordered med rare. Our waitress saw me giving him a gift, so she asked what the occasion was for. When I told her graduation, she kindly told us not to leave yet, and brought him a vanilla ice-cream on a plate that said congrats. That was so sweet of her, and the icing on the cake for the day. Our drinks had too much peach syrup in it, but she gave us new drinks with no hesitation. Her service made me want to go back. It was my first time trying longhorn.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There was no waiting time which was great but it took over 40 minutes to get an appetizer (spinach dip) which was good. My drink was watered down (white peach sangria). My husband and I ordered the outlaw. I asked for it to be cooked medium. Both came out super bloody and really tough. My daughters (5yrs old) steak which I asked for well done came out bloody. I called the waitress and told her and she tells me the steak is supposed to be tough. We go to longhorn all the time and never had a steak like that. It’s always good and made correctly. I told them I didn’t want it anymore and I didn’t want a replacement because we had already waited almost an hour and at that time I was over it. I asked for the check. The waitress took almost 20-30 minutes to bring it and her and the manager didn’t even apologize or take anything off for the inconvenience. I spent $90 and didn’t eat anything. I literally had to get me something to eat on the way home. We got there at about 6 and didn’t leave until 8:30. And mind u I said we was seated right away. Trash restaurant. I don’t know what happened to this location. This is the second time we went to this location at different times and the food was incorrect and not cooked properly. The time before we ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken which is one of my favorites and that tasted like someone had took the salt and just poured it on the chicken. My family and I had a great time celebrating my brother’ birthday It was a beautiful day and Longhorn Steakhouse restaurant was his pick for his birthday lunch. The service was good but we did wait a very long time for our food to come. The waitress brought hot homemade bread , butter, water and our drinks until our food came but we didn’t want to fill up on bread even though it was good. I am vegan and there were sides options I could choose from. It would be nice if Longhorn would have a substitute for meatless or plant based options. I ordered steamed broccoli, asparagus, and a baked sweet potato which was delicious. My husband ordered a grilled t bone steak with a parmesan crusted and fresh cut seasoned fries, my brother ordered a 1/2 pound cheese burger with everything on it and a baked potato and my sister ordered the barbecue 1/2 of ribs and a baked potato. Our food was hot and delicious and the drinks were very on point a Mango margarita, Don Julio lime margarita & a Russian mule and a regular Coke. I only took pictures of my food☺️

This place rocks!!! We expect to wait at least 30 minutes for a table but IS SO WORTH THE WAIT! I come here exclusively to celebrate family birthdays and celebrations. The staff is always right on point and the steaks are AHHHMZING!!! The ribs are TOO DIE FOR. The strawberry salad is SO GOOD.

I’ve visited Longhorn steakhouse a lot. Never been to this location, though. Will never go to any other location except this one from now on. Walked in, thinking there would be a long wait because the parking lot is full, but we were seated promptly. Waitress came over immediately and took orders for drinks and appetizers. They were brought out by 2 different people within 5 minutes. No wait for anything. The waitress always came to check on us along with other staff. Clearing plates immediately getting food out hot, fresh, full of flavor. I had the filet menu with the masked potatoes and the Brussels sprouts. I would order a whole bucket of Brussels sprouts the way they cook them. I had a great time. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathroom, which I normally hate to go to in public places. All of the staff was extremely friendly. This will be my new Longhorn location.
