All 5*! Everything was perfect! 2 Snow crab and steamed shrimp combo meals split between 3 adults was more than enough. We had shrimp leftover!

If you’re looking for a variety of great seafood food, Lowry’s is the place! The food is scrumptious and the customer service is impeccable! Definitely 5-stars for food and customer service! I gave Lowry’s 4-stars overall because the venue is extremely small, tight, and outdated (needs an upgrade). Notwithstanding, I will be back to try their award-winning fried chicken (voted Loudoun County’s Best)!

The fried chicken and fried oysters were the best! Will definitely visit here again.

My fish and chips were good. Nice portions. I ordered an extra piece of fish. My wife had the baked fish. Also good portions and sides. She thought the fish was a little dry. Another words, Lowry’s should add like a lemon and butter sauce on top of it. Everything good value.

First time customer. We had crab cake, soft shell crab sandwich and some peeled shrimp. It was 7pm, hardly any other customers and it took 30 mins to get our food.

This is a little hole in the wall place and is definitely a traditional crab shack in terms of amenities and decor. I wanted to love this place, but my fried chicken (voted best in Loudoun county) was greasy and slimy. The breading slid right off. Glad we tried it, but wouldn’t go back.

I was fully expecting a mediocre experience here and was glad I was wrong. The place was super busy when we came but the waitress and the rest of the staff were all very attentive and nice. True to it’s name, it is very shack like with limited space, so you should get reservations. We spent about $140 for food, drinks, and dessert for 3 with enough for a second round at home. It’s a heavy bill but fair for seafood with the amount of food you get. The only downsides were that parking is tight here and even with an A/C, it was warm inside. It is family friendly. We will definitely be back.

The food is good but the miscommunication and lack of planning is astounding. You need to reserve a table 3-4 days before you want to come. And hope that someone else doesn’t take it when you get here. Coming by because it’s a small mom and pop shop is not a good plan. Oh, and make sure you have 3 or 4 choices as they constantly run out of sides as basic as a potato or full meals like crab legs.

Great quality and properly cooked seafood. Mainly shellfish, as the name implies. The best place to get steamed crabs and such in the area. Very friendly people work there as well.
