over 45 minutes waiting, and the store’s only response was that it would be another 15 minutes and they can void it if I want. Not great service, and don’t really seem to care. Certainly not ‘freaky fast’. have had multiple issues here, now between customer service and delivery.

False advertisement. No delivery drivers so I ordered something that can’t get to me and when they cancel my order can’t get my money back right away got to possibly wait 3 to 5 business days . Yea thanks for nothing and tying my money up for no reason . I appreciate it smh ♂️

Won’t deliver to delivery personnel. I was going to be at a physical park point for 30 minutes but since I was walking no more than a block from that location they wouldn’t deliver. All it takes is a phone call upon arrival to get the exact address.

It’s Jimmy John’s. Quick, easy, good quality, friendly staff and they get you in and out the door or you can eat there. Pricing is very good. Sandwiches are pretty good as well. So not a bad place for a quick bite.

Great food as always. Over all great service. Order was correct which is a huge deal as so many places don’t get orders correct & 3 of the 4 we ordered had adjustments to them (we can’t stand mayo), but to find anything to work on… they only labeled one of the sandwiches- which is minimal in my opinion. Otherwise great experience. Highly recommend this Jimmy John’s in Neenah, WI. We ordered online & added to the ordered in store on March 2nd, it was done on time, a future order. Adding details because the site below they asked me to click on wouldn’t allow me to put in the info which was asked to submit the review. Might just be down for now, but it’s the only reason I won’t be able to submit there review that was as well for now.

I am disappointed every time I come here. I ordered a veggie sub and it was missing almost all the key ingredients. I was missing cucumber, cheese, and guacamole; I was left with a lettuce, onion and mayo sandwich. Needless to say this was the last chance I am giving this location. I am a vegetarian so this is the only sandwich I can order and wasn’t even able to enjoy my lunch.
