If I’m the only customer inside the store, why must I use the kiosk. The tables were all sticky feeling. Should serve on trays for that reason. The young man who brought our food out was very friendly. The food was on point. Wife was very impressed with the Iced coffee. It was priced very well. Having a Starbucks literally next door demonstrates how coffee can be so differently done. Taco Bell’s was great coffee and did not need to be pricey.

For the third time ive gotten shells that smelled like burnt plastic or chemicals. Something is happening with the shells from the crunchy tacos. I normally check the bag of the order to make sure everything is right. I shouldnt have to smell my shells before I leave. I feel like now its best to dont get any crunchy tacos. Tacobell is hard to turn down I still wanna get food. It maybe something the employees arent doing right and can be prevented with guidance or being more careful. There was also a time in the last 30 days the tacos barely had any meat at all. I think all employees should know how much meat to put on tacos.

Employees were on their phones in the dining area while using the high top chargers. Eating and drinking drinks, taking up 14 seats in the dining area. One even had a portable heater blowing on her. Another 4 top table had a winter jacket laying on a bench seat. They were quite defensive of their personal belongings laying around the dining room.

Terrible service. They only make you use the kiosk. My mother had cash and was not allowed to order any other way. When asked if she could order at the register, they simply said no.
