Im absolutely disgusted there was a severe amount of hair in my food. The attitude from the woman at the window to begin with was horrible. $40 for the fries and tacos and two watered down drinks. I went in to ask for a refund and the nerve of this women to pretend she didn’t see the hair. Gave me attitude and only refunded the fries no apology just attitude. “She said what do you expect I didn’t make the food” um a simple apology and my money back would be nice. Leave your attitude at home you’re still in customer service! I want all my money back everything got thrown away not just refunded for my fries! I had to drive back and that’s what I get!

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at your restaurant. I ordered the Chilaquiles, but what arrived at my table was just a bowl of salsa and chips. While the eggs on the Chilaquiles were good, the rice was dry and the beans were way too salty.

The Carnitas plate both me and my husband had, the meat over cooked. My plate was full of pieces of meat like bacon bits. My son’s Rolled Tacos were over cooked also. We will not go back to this location. We ordered combo plates and they did not come with drinks.

I order at this location on a normal basis and order a shrimp quesadilla along with other items. I get home and the quesadilla is burnt and absolutely sucked. I have ordered this before and the consistency is never the same. Frustrating to pay all this money along with a $20 tip to not have quality service. The lady that takes your order does not speak English and when I got to the window she said she couldn’t understand me.

Pretty good selection and prices. Quickish service. A little dirty tables, chairs and floors. Very sad salsa and chips bar. These places are all over, and it can be hit or miss. This one is alright. Bathrooms are a disaster. All you can drink Pepsi products from the fountain machine.

I was shocked this Federico’s was so bad. I’ve been to other locations where the food is delicious. Went there late night picked up food and mostly horrible. I had a breakfast burrito the eggs were super soggy there was no flavor . The taco was yucky, meet was dry and over cooked. Very disappointed in the flavor and quality of the food at this location. They were busy when we went so it felt like they just wanted to get food out there rather than make customers happy

Try it! We had just moved in to the neighborhood and we’re on our way to the ‘Bell across the street when we spotted this place and decided to try it instead. So glad we did! I’m slightly embarrassed to admit that we have already been back 3 times in the past two weeks Mon-Wed they have taco specials. Choice of meat, including a ground beef option, and the tortillas are fresh and out of this world! The breakfast burritos are HUGE and delicious with many different filling options. The salsa verde is also a favorite of ours. Each time we have gotten a great meal for two for around $20. This is our new local go-to for a quick and hearty meal.
