1 night food is awesome and service is on point. 2 weeks later the server comes back 1 hour after serving one round (4 adults, 2 children) and nachos (that she probably made) and states our order will take another 1.5 hours or we can “just leave”.

Had a reservation for 6pm for a party of 12 and we were seated right away, no problem. Wait staff took our drink order, no problem. Wait staff delivered drinks and then immediately took our food order, no problem. Wait staff was never to be seen again. Two hours later, yes that is right, 8pm, we asked for the manager. We asked where our food was and manager stated that the kitchen had not even started our meals yet. People who came in after us received their food, the bar area was pushing food quickly but our food had not been started? Just unacceptable. We canceled our entire check. Manager stated that she would comp our drinks but we had been going to the bar for them as the Wait staff had not come back, so we already had paid for the drinks at the bar.

I expected more… from the bartender not being able to take more than one drink at a time, to never getting our food. Made reservations, 1.5 hours later the waitress got us a free drink and apologized. Came back and said it would be another 25min. People around us came and went after we were seated. Not that busy when we sat, busier as we watched everyone else get served… why. We left…

Very friendly service. Beef Stroganoff special was good. Club sandwich and Mushroom Cheeseburger were all good. The Mac and cheese came out cool and had to be sent back. Overall, a fine 19th hole stop.

We never got our food. Waited over an hour for the waitress to tell us the kitchen loss our ticket There was no rush to make us happy. We ended up leaving without eating. Terrible experience however I don’t know if it was the kitchens fault or our waitress’ at that point it didn’t matter we walked out only paying for one round of drinks
