the portions have already been getting smaller and more stingy for the price, coupled with the sub par packaging they have now but the last straw for me is them changing their mac and cheese (the cheese and noodles are different). I don’t know if this is a recent change or just in this franchise but it’s half the reason I would go to Boston market in the first place. Now I have no reason to go to this location. Get your stuff together and bring back the original mac n cheese, because this location will not last on this tactic.

Are at this location twice, ribs and chicken combo was ok, went in for Prime rib it was a disaster, all of it was well done, nothing like pictured in advertisement. What a disappointment. What a cluster! The drive thru is shut down, in-store line is around store and out the door. I keep hearing the employee behind the counter refusing customers saying “we can’t serve any more of this because we have to save for tomorrow.” Tomorrow being Thanksgiving. People are ANGRY.
