When you stuck in a hotel and it’s too cold to go out side. The service has been amazing and the pizza tastes just like any other Pizza Hut. I got the medium a few days ago and got the large today. Got the pepperoni, ham and mushrooms. I asked for extra mushrooms but I feel they may have missed that. The order was fast and got here quickly.

Went out with my family and was seated fast, after getting our order taken the wait time was long and the pizza was not as hot as normal. No plates or forks and the waitress came by maybe 3 times total. No thank you, have a nice day or any conversation. It was as if she didn’t want to be there. Only reason it’s three stars and not two is they comped our wings because they made a mistake.

We were seated and then completely ignored. No server asked what we wanted to drink, no one came to our table at all, a couple was seated two tables away and had there order taken with in 3 minutes. We just got up and left. No one at the counter to complain to. Very badly staffed and I will not be going to this establishment ever again.

Ordered for carry out. They were out of personal pans so they said they could do a small. Also ordered 2(two) family orders of cheese sticks. Waited in the pick up like for 15 minutes to be handed two boxes. One pizza and one we thought cheese sticks. So they said they would make more breads sticks. Waited 20 more minutes to get a regular sized box of bread sticks open to see cheese bread. No bread sticks what so ever. When I called they said they would credit my account for free bread sticks the next we come. I said I wanted them to deliver them or refund me. She then said they were out of bread sticks. Why wasn’t this said from the beginning? She then said she couldn’t give me a refund until she spoke with her manager who she thought would be in on Tuesday. She then said she would call her for a refund and call me back. I still haven’t heard back.

There food was not very good and they have bad service my waitress did not care to check up on us and she was busy on her phone also she didn’t bring the ticket. I ordered a pizza melt with a side salad and she didn’t care to bring the salad and there was no sauce on the pizza melt. Terrible service!

Absolutely DISGUSTING. We ordered a taco pizza and a pepperoni pizza. The taco pizza tasted old! It tasted exactly like trash!! Do not EVER go to this trash hole. Because of this place, I now have stomach problems. Even the smell of food makes me nauseous now! If I could I would give them ZERO stars.

1st the app keeps crashing. Had to finally use browser to order. 2nd took about 40 minutes to get my order and had to go in to ask if they forgot the order. 3rd we ordered pan crust that we got charged for and received hand tossed. An hour and a half from first order to received is ridiculous. Always liked pizza hut but it really has gone downhill.
