This is a community focused farm to table experience. They are largely or completely staffed by volunteers. This is a place that you can eat without paying if you have fallen on hard times. They encourage paying it forward to help fund the mission.

Great place in Downtown Versailles! Perfect for a quick lunch or even a light dinner. They have a cool mission that they’re working towards. Found it due to a typical “I don’t know” answer when I asked my wife what she wanted for lunch and I’m glad we did! Service and staff were great as well.

Great food and amazing concept ! The veggie burger was delicious tho I’d get the sauce on the side next time – it was a tiny bit heavy handed. Fries are amazing. Pepperoni pizza was just ok. The Italian Caprese Sandwich was yummy too!

Spark Community Café is an amazing experience. The concept behind Spark is totally community driven, from the sourcing of ingredients to their mission of helping the under-resourced. The atmosphere is vibrant, open, and friendly. It’s clear the staff truly believe in the community driven mission as well. They were very welcoming and friendly.

Woody and I ate at Spark today after Kyle convinced us at the farmers market this morning. Everyone said it was fabulous and it was! The Cobb Salad and Eggs Benedict Pizza were superb! The buffet looked excellent too! I can’t wait to go back and try some more things!

For a volunteer community cafe they did pretty good! We went for breakfast and they had alot of people show up. I feel like it overwhelmed them. However the food was pretty good!
