Consistently get bad service and my food wrong. This morning was no different. The employee just shoved my food bag out the drive they window without saying a word to me. Didn’t even see a face, just an arm with handing me my mobile order. I was also the only person there. Then I left just to find out my $7 burrito didn’t have the extra sour cream I paid for.

There was no trash can in the drive-thru. My Doritos Locos Tacos were soggy to the point that they fell apart, and that is not the first time that has happened from this location. As a disclaimer, I consumed them well within 10 minutes of receiving them. Seems like they must be pre-making them, which doesn’t seem like what they should be doing. I have had much better products, Doritos Locos Tacos specifically, from different Taco Bell locations.

The menu in non existent. The online menu is completely different. The workers used the same gloves to prepare food and take cash without changing gloves. The serving size was half of what it should have been. I am still hungry after my meal. The frozen drink machine was out but they didn’t tell me till after I paid them at the counter for my order.

I had a big order in the middle of a night. Employees were very friendly. They asked me if to pull up to the front and wait for them to finish my order. Usually that means is going to be a 10 15 20 minutes. Surprisingly five minutes later a guy brought me my food and apologize for the wait. Amazing customer service thank you so much
